Ingrained in motorsport from an early age, Gary began his career in karting and was no stranger to success both on a national and international stage.
With 4 British Championships and an Italian Championship to his name, Gary also earned vice-champion status in both European and World Karting Championships as a Tony Kart Factory Driver. Friends since they were young, Gary and Harry formed Infinity Sports Management with the same clear goal.
Gary scouted Logan Sargeant in Logan’s early years and together under Infinity’s guidance, had huge success winning the CIK-FIA World KF-Junior Championship in 2016. Logan since, has become the latest addition to the Williams Formula 1 driver line-up, making his debut this year on the world stage.
With experience on both sides of the pit-wall, Harry set up his own kart team, which in turn, created an opportunity to work with some of the brightest talents. One driver in particular, George Russell.
Understanding the need for guidance and setting up career paths for young drivers, Infinity Sports Management was created with the focus of shaping and developing global talent.
The man behind the scenes, Harry specialises in handling contracts and progressing drivers careers, through building the right team around them. Opening doors and creating opportunities, with proven management and consultation success, to place drivers on the right track. Harry is acting as commercial and personal manager to George Russell, a relationship spanning back 10 years.
A former professional racing driver, Nicolai Kjærgaard has competed across the full spectrum of international motorsport. Now retired from competition, Nicolai brings experience to the business side of motorsport.
Beginning in karting, Nicolai progressed through Single Seater and later Sportcars. Nicolai also worked as a development driver, contributing to car performance programs and offering technical feedback to teams adding a valuable layer of engineering insight to his racing expertise. Nicolai's deep understanding of driver development, team dynamics, and the demand of professional racing helps him guide and support emerging talent. With a career built on professionalism and a passion for the sport, Nicolai continues to contribute through strategic mentorship and industry insight.
A former professional racing driver, Sean Babington enjoyed a successful career winning multiple British, European, and World Championships across both karting and car racing.
Competing at the highest level from a young age, Sean developed a deep technical understanding and a passion for driver development that has carried through to his work today. After retiring from competition, Sean transitioned naturally into coaching and management — supporting the next generation of drivers as they progress from karting into Formula categories. His hands-on approach focuses on performance, preparation, and mindset, ensuring that young drivers have the foundation and professionalism needed to build long-term careers in motorsport. At Infinity Sports Management, Sean applies his experience and proven record in developing talent to guide drivers through the crucial steps toward becoming professional racing drivers, strategically identifying the right path to maximise their success.
