UAE F4 Champion Matteo Nannini joins Infinity Sports Management

Infinity Sports Management are delighted to welcome UAE Formula 4 champion Matteo Nannini to their roster of driver talent, as he takes the next step in his young career.

With racing in his blood, Matteo first took to the wheel at the age of 7, getting to grips with Parolin Kart Delfino 35cc. Before long, he was competing in the Parolin Championkart competitions across his native Italy. Carving an impressive karting career for himself, Matteo scored his first victory in 2012, on his way to finishing 3rd overall in the standings, having appeared on the podium at every race. From there his upward curve continued, as he claimed his first title in 2014, earning the Italian Trofeo Academy Championkart (60 Mini Class) and further claiming the ROK Cup Italy championship in 2016.

Graduating to single-seaters, 2019 proved to be a coming of age for the young Italian racer as he tackled the UAE Formula 4 Championship. Winning his maiden race from pole position, before adding six further wins on his way to the title. Having also added Formula Regional European Championship to his schedule this year, Matteo enters a vital point in his young career, which sees him join Infinity Sports Management.

This weekend will see him make his debut in the Renault Eurocup Championship, for the final round at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, with MP Motorsport.

Speaking of the announcement, director of Infinity Sports Management, Gary Catt said:

We are delighted to add Matteo to the ISM team. Since moving to cars, Matteo has show good potential by winning the UAE F4 championship and now with a year's experience in the Regional F3 series, we are excited about helping him through his next steps on the motorsport ladder.”
