Sebastian Alvarez returns for second season in British F4

Infinity Sports Management and Double R Racing are proud to confirm that Sebastian Alvarez will return to contest the 2019 F4 British Championship certified by FIA powered by Ford EcoBoost – for his second season in car racing.

The graduation to car racing came from the back of a successful karting career across his native Mexico and the US. Claiming victory in the Florida Winter Tour Rotax Mini Max in 2015. He rose to compete on the world stage in 2016, in the CIK-FIA World Junior Championship.

Returning to Double R Racing for a second season, Sebastian will contest ten rounds of the British F4 Championship, beginning at Brands Hatch on 6th-7th April.

Harry Soden, Director of Infinity Sports Management said:

“Seb made strong progress throughout last season, it was a big year for him with his transition to cars and also moving to the UK from Mexico.

Throughout the year his confidence grew and he put in some strong drives and earned some great results along the way. With his experience, I’m sure that this year will see him progress even further and with the team at Double R, Seb will be in contention for some well-deserved podium finishes”
