Infinity Sports Management driver Sebastian Alvarez will make his step up to the 2021 BRDC British Formula 3 Championship this season, joining British team Hitech GP.
Debuting in car racing in 2018, Alvarez competed in FIA Formula 4, claiming two rookie podiums, twelve top-10 finishes and a pole position in his first year in car racing. He returned to the grid the following year as a title contender from the offset. With sensational form, he claimed 5 wins, 19 podiums and 3 pole positions.
The 2021 British F3 season opener is set to take place on 22/23 May at Brands Hatch in the UK, with eight rounds confirmed on this seasons’ calendar. The young Mexican racer will partner Australian Bart Horsten, with the third driver set to be announced in due course.
