First stepping into a kart in his native Mexico, Sebastian has forged an impressive karting career.
Winning his first title in 2011 in Super Karts Cup México (Cadet Class), the talented young racer moved to contest in SKUSA SuperNationals XVII (TaG Cadet) and Florida Winter Tour Rotax Mini Max events. Claiming victory in the Florida Winter Tour Rotax Mini Max in 2015.
Moving to Europe, Sebastian grew in speed and ability, holding his own in the fiercely competitive CIK-FIA and WSK championships.
2018 saw Sebastian make the transition to single-seaters, teaming up with Double R Racing, the Mexican driver impressed with a series of consistent results and growing ability. Celebrating two rookie podiums, twelve top-10 finishes and a pole position in his first year in car racing.

After a long winter, this weekend saw the British F4 grid take to the track for the season opener at Brands Hatch. Sebastian Alvarez certainly made his title intentions known as he earned a maiden victory and a hat-trick of podiums, kicking off his championship campaign in style.
