Frank Bird Becomes Official AMG Junior Driver for 2024 with Mercedes-AMG Motorsport

Infinity Sports Management is pleased to announce Frank Bird’s signing with Mercedes-AMG Motorsport in their 2024 line-up.

This exciting news comes after a successful 2023 season for the 24-year-old Brit - his second season in the Mercedes-AMG GT3. Notably, Frank was recognised as the Winning Driver of the Mercedes-AMG Young Driver Test, which led to his participation and P4 success at the IGTC Gulf 12 Hours at Yas Marina circuit.

Head of Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing, Stefan Wendl, expressed his enthusiasm on their new signing: “I am particularly happy that Frank Bird, a promising Junior has presented and qualified himself through the AMG Young Driver Test.

“Together, we want to rack up wins for AMG in the most significant endurance races and championships again this year.”

Consisting of 19 drivers, Mercedes-AMG Motorsport customer teams are set to participate in various prestigious international events. Their 2024 undertaking includes the iconic 24-hour races at Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps, the GT World Challenge, Intercontinental GT Challenge, DTM, IMSA, the endurance race series at Nürburgring, the Asian Le Mans Series (ALMS), the 24H Series, and the FIA GT World Cup in Macau.
